The Kushi Institute of Europe provides personal cooking instruction by our teachers, graduates, and staff for individuals, families, schools, businesses, sports academys, fitness and yoga centers, and other organisations. Private instruction is available to those who are unable to attend public classes, as well as those who are healing and may need advice in regards to special medicinal food, drinks, and other home remedies. This instruction usually follows a personal, family or group consultation with one of our counsellors. Instruction is also available for institutions that would like to incorporate healthier menus and recipes into their food plan, dining room, or cafeteria.

Experienced cooks and staff are available to help you get started selecting foods in the natural foods store, supermarket, or outdoor market. Staff can also assist in setting up up your kitchen at home, giving an in depth introduction to food quality; how to select grains, beans, vegetables, seasonings, condiments, and other staples; menu planning; efficiency and design of the kitchen; seasonal tips; how to select proper cookware; preparation and clean up in the kitchen; and other practical matters.

A Feng Shui consultation for interior design may be recommended to follow up to address your immediate surroundings and discuss how to adjust or improve materials, proportions, colours, lighting, sound and other factors that have the ability to influence your daily life.

For those with special heath concerns, a personal, family or group health and way of life consultation is recommended.

 

 

Making Arrangements

We can arrange a day visit to your home or workplace on relatively short notice. As there are a limited number of cooks who are available to travel, and for varying lengths of time, please contact the office as far in advance as possible.
