Phil Jannetta (USA),

studied and worked with Michio and Aveline Kushi in the 1970s. In 1980 he moved to Japan to study Traditional Oriental Medicine. For 12 years he and his wife Yukiko operated macrobiotics Tokyo, a study centre. He is the author of Macrobiotics and Oriental Medicine and worked closely together with Lima Ohsawa on the English version of her book, The Art of Just Cooking. Phil is a long time teacher at the Kushi Institute of Amsterdam during many Summer Conferences
