Serge Matev (Austria),
is since long a student of macrobiotics and graduated from the Kushi Institute of Europe. Originally from Russia, China and Australia, he lives now with his wife and three sons in Austria, where he recently started a macrobiotic study centre and shop. He was the macro-chef of the Summer Conference for many years.

Together with his wife Carola, Serge will give you a wealth of information on daily family matters in a macrobiotic family with three sons, who all have their own wishes and dreams.
