Lander Zabalza Benaran (Spain),
graduated from the Kushi Institute Art of Life School and works as a chef at Deshima’s lunch service and at the Summer Conference. In Spain he conducted several macrobiotic cooking classes for families and mothers. He is the head chef of the Summer Conference.
