Jarka Adamcova (Czech Republic/The Netherlands),
graduated from the Kushi Institute of Europe. She teaches Do-In and Shiatsu and is offering ginger compresses. Jarka works as a staff member at the Kushi Institute of Europe and was actively involved in the organization of the Level 1 and 2 studies in the Czech Republic for students from East European countries. She is the editor of the KI Newsletter.

• Early Morning Do In
Wake up with morning exercises and self-massage. Everyone can do it. Wear light cotton clothes.

• Barefoot Shiatsu
A simple and down to earth way of giving a shiatsu treatment, including diagnosis of the person you treat.
• Nordic Walking
Nordic walking uses all your body muscles, strengthens your breathing, and stimulates your mind and spirit. Nordic walking is an easy, comfortable, yet powerful way to walk and exercise. The poles will also be used for a variety of stretching exercises. Wear light clothes and good walking shoes. The poles will be provided.
• The Macrobiotic Kitchen Design and Kitchen Tools
A very practical workshop on the design of your kitchen and the tools you use for cooking. A kitchen based on more plant quality foods asks for special lay out and some special tools. Jarka will explain all about knifes, pots and pans, sieves, cutting boards and much more.
• The Most Efficient Way of Ginger Compress
In the evening you can enjoy a ginger compress. And you experienced already the benefits from it. Learn in this workshop to give a ginger compress to others.
