graduated from the Kushi Institute of Europe. She teaches Do-In and Shiatsu and is offering ginger compresses. Jarka works as a staff member at the Kushi Institute of Europe and is actively involved in the organization of the studie weekends in the Czech Republic and abroad. The poles will also be used for a variety of stretching exercises. Wear light clothes and good walking shoes. The poles will be provided.

Jarka will explain and show you all the kitchenware you need for your daily cooking sessions. Knifes and sharpeners, pressure cookers, special sieves, salad press etc. She will also explain the best Feng Shui for a kitchen and this way understand the best place for water, fire and your working space.
