came in contact with macrobiotics more than 6 years ago. As a programmer, working with computers, he found his balance in the practice of Aikido. Jakub will share his experience in Martial Arts. The center of our physical activities and all movements that come from it, is used to react on the attacker’s force and so create harmony. Meaning that you can defend yourself by moving according to the attack and using the coming energy and strength against its initiator rather then opposing it. As this requires very little physical strength, Aikido is suitable for men, women or children at any age. Last but not least, you will learn how to fall painlessly to avoid injuries in a real life.
