Aviva Feinerman (Israel/Belgium)
began her Macrobiotic adventure over 10 years ago. For the past 6 years she has been assisting Jeanne van den Heuvel in Belgium. She is head of Jeanne van den Heuvel’s international macrobiotic study house in Lier, where she gives cooking classes and workshops and guides people on their path to a macrobiotic lifestyle.
She especially enjoys doing lively workshops with children. Together with Jeanne she teaches macrobiotic cooking in workshops with children between the ages 6 and 12 in a primary school in Lier. Aviva also gave workshops for 17 year old high school students in Herentals who were studying the subject of meat consumption and its ecological foot print. The students were given cooking workshops and Macrobiotic life style solutions for this ever growing problem.
Aviva's cooking classes are always fun, light in atmosphere and easy to follow. Taking part in one of her workshops is guaranteed to give you new inspiration and a lot more creativity in the kitchen.
