Registration information

 

Your registration is confirmed when your registration form together with down payment of € 250 per person for 2 weeks, or € 150 per person for 1 week (including children) has been received.


After your down payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation of your registration as well as required information including travel directions and what you may bring with you.

REFUNDS

In case of cancellation, up to 2 weeks prior to the summer conference,a full refund is granted except for the € 250 (for 2 weeks registration) or € 150 (for 1 week registration) down payment per person. If canceling less than two weeks prior to the conference, or during the conference, no refund is possible.

 

ARRIVAL

Sunday July 24 2011, 15:00 – 18.00h
For the participants of the 2nd week is arrival on:
Saturday July 30 2011 2010, 16:00 – 18.00h

 

DEPARTURE

Friday August 5 2011, after breakfast between 7:00 - 9:00h
For the participants of the 1st week is departure on:
Saturday July 30 2011, after breakfast between 8:30 - 9:00h

 

ATTENTION: VISA REQUIREMENTS!

If you are coming from a country that requires a special entry (tourist) visa for the EU or the Netherlands, for example Arab countries, you need to register at least 6-8 weeks prior to apply for the visa.

 

After we receive your registration form and down payment, we will gladly send you a letter of invitation. You need to submit this invitation letter at the Netherlands Embassy in your country. Please contact our office for more information.
