Your registration is confirmed after your registration form together with non-refundable down payment of € 250 per person for 2 weeks, or € 150 per person for 1 week has been received. The non-refundable down payment is required for the children as well.

 

After your down payment has been processed, we will send you a confirmation of your registration as well as required information including travel directions and a suggestion list what you may bring with you.

REFUND POLICY

In case of cancellation, up to 2 weeks prior to the summer conference,
a full refund is granted except for the € 350 (for 2 weeks registration) or € 250 (for 1 week registration) non refundable down payment per person.

If cancellation is made less than two weeks prior to the conference, or during the conference or no show
no refund is granted.

 

ARRIVAL

• Participants 1st week or 2 weeks stay
Sunday August 4 2013, check in at 15:00 – 18.00h

• Participants 2nd week stay
Saturday August 10 2013, check in at 16:00 – 18.00h

 

DEPARTURE

• Participants 1st week stay
Saturday August 10 2013, after breakfast between 8:30 - 9:00h

• Participants 2nd week or 2 weeks stay
Friday August 16 2013, after breakfast between 8:00 - 9:00h

It is not possible to arrive/depart on other dates/times than announced above.

 

ATTENTION: VISA REQUIREMENTS!

When coming from a country that requires a special entry / tourist visa for the EU or the Netherlands, for example Arab countries, you will need to register 6 - 8 weeks prior to apply for the visa.

After we receive your registration form and down payment, we will send you a letter of invitation. You will need to submit this invitation letter at the Netherlands Embassy in your country. Please contact our office for more information.
