About the teachers
Adelbert and Wieke have over 30 years’ teaching experience and would like to share the deeper meaning of macrobiotics with you through the tools of yin and yang, the five transformations, Nine Star Ki, the I Ching, and other ancient systems of energetic change. During this special program, you will learn how to harmonize with the universal energy flow (Ki) and find direction, meaning, and joy in everything you do.
