Symptoms of Allergy

 

An allergy may be accompanied by one or more of the following symptoms:

 

  • Wheezing, sneezing, coughing, or nasal congestion
  • Itchy eyes, throat, or mouth
  • Heartburn, indigestion, or stomachache
  • Nausea, vomiting, cramps, or diarrhea
  • Gastroesophageal reflux and persistent constipation
  • Skin inflammation, redness, or itchiness
  • Stiffness, swelling, and pain in the joints or bones
  • Anaphylactic shock indicated by intense flushing and itching, rapid heartbeat, and spontaneous skin welts
