Alexander Gershberg (Russia, Israel, Netherlands),

is the acclaimed chef and founder of 'Vegan Sundays', a pop-up restaurant, catering, private chef and cooking workshops company.
After following a modern dance education where he got acquainted with macrobiotics, he followed macrobiotic studies at the Kushi Institute of Europe and internships at top high-end restaurants. Soon after, Alexander started a successful career as a chef and a teacher of healthy plant based cuisine next to his dance career. 
Alexander's cooking style is very dynamic, rich and energizing. He was born in Russia and raised in Israel and his cooking is often influenced by the Russian and Middle Eastern-Israeli cuisine.
His first cookbook, "Vegan for friends" was published in May 2017.
