Registration
To register for the Art of Life School, please fill in the registration form and send it by email to kushi@macrobiotics.nl or Fax it to: +31-(0)20-6227320.
A non-refundable down payment of € 250 Euro per level, per person (payable by credit card or bank transfer) is required with your registration and will be deducted from the total amount. The rest of the payment is due in full upon arrival. See the registration form for more details. For any questions about the registration procedure please email kushi@macrobiotics.nl.
